Dialogues

Here is a couple of dialogues which i thought was funny or made an impact to me.

1st (happened a few days before my POC)

Me: Hello, Sop kau pat mane? (hello, yusof where are you?)
Yusof: Hello ah aku tengah makan uh. (hello yeah i'm eating.)
Me: Ouhh kau pat canteen eh? (ouhh you're at the canteen?)
Yusof: Huh? Tak uh aku pat gym. (huh? nope i'm at the gym.)
Me: Huh kau makan ape sia pat gym??! (what are you eating at the gym?!)
Yusof: Hahah aku tengah makan besi! LOL!! (i'm eating iron!)
Me: ........

2nd (happened a week in station during scenario drill)

Encik: Wan 'kopek' hydrant Wan!!
(walking around looking blur and lost) Me: ignored his order and carry on looking blur and lost.
Encik: (Comes to me slowly and calmly, than smacks me on the head!)
Me: Encik, encik cakap ape encik? kopek udang saya tau la.
Encik: ehhh hello sergeant..operate hydrant laa
Me: ........

Congratulations, i just learned a fireman's slang to operate the hydrant..hehe =P

3rd (happened on the second week during wet scenario drill)

Encik: Wan cepat Wan ade fountain (burst hose) pergi 'lari' hose.
Me: (holding on to a new hose and chunck it aside)
Encik: Eh Wan ape kau buat?? Pergi lari hose!lari hose!
Me: ???
Encik: Wan pergi lay hose.....
Me: ohhhhhh

Yes once again congratulations.. so apparently that's how you learn in a station. Wish there was a better way though =/
