Better Myself

I feel that I'm not ready; Not ready to face the world. People always say that 'Besides God, You know yourself best' and I know that with the knowledge, 'amal and discipline that I have now, I'm not going to be able to uphold the responsibility as a Khalifah (Leader) that Allah has bestowed upon me.

As I type down this words, I tell myself how can I be like the Great Sahabah(ra) of our Beloved Prophet S.A.W. They are the masters of Knowledge, their Iman is as strong as the roots of the rainforest trees and they are the Heroes of Islam. They made things happen! I ask myself and those of you who are reading this, Are we just going to sit and look back at their achievements and forget about it when the story ends? Or are we going to at least try our very best to stay on their trail?

The world that we live in now is very old and the time of the Dajjal is coming near. We can see the signs are getting clearer by the days. People are getting killed, wars everywhere, casual sex, discarding newborns like it is a norm. I pray that Allah protects my family and may we be guided by Him to the right path. Amin. And when the Day comes, no one will be spared.

Surah Al Qiyaamah Verse 10 -12:

يَقُولُ الْإِنسَانُ يَوْمَئِذٍ أَيْنَ الْمَفَرُّ ﴿١٠
10)) That Day will Man say: "Where is the refuge?"
(10) (Maka) pada hari itu, berkatalah manusia (yang ingkarkan hari kiamat): Ke manakah hendak melarikan diri?

كَلَّا لَا وَزَرَ ﴿١١﴾
(11) By no means! No place of safety!
(11) Tak usahlah bertanya demikian! Tidak ada lagi tempat perlindungan!

إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْمُسْتَقَرُّ ﴿١٢
(12) Before thy Lord (alone), that Day will be the place of rest.
(12) Pada hari itu, kepada Tuhanmulah sahaja terserahnya ketetapan segala perkara.

I envy those Hafiz. I envy those Mujahiddins. I envy those who earn their riches just to give it back to Allah s.w.t.

InsyaAllah the time will come when I am one of them. Amin.
