its been a week since i last updated.i wanna start with yesterdays congregation.it talked about how we muslims have done for the year 2007.have we been a better person,the same or became worse.are we going to do anything about it in 2008?but wad really made me remember about the khutbah was when the khatib said "kalau kita ingin membuat sesuatu perkara hari ini,jangan tunggu hingga esok,kerana kita tidak tahu jika kita akan hidup untuk melihat esok." don't procrastinate because you never know if you will live to see tomorrow." i know we've all heard this many times from many people.but somehow it really hit me in the head.
we'll schools gonna start in 9 more days.i wonder if those words will stick to my head long enough for next year and many more years to come.
holidays was fun.been going out a lot and my $$ has depleted tremendously!but no worries,this things were meant to be expected.

this week was spectacular.went KL with family and practically shopped the whole 3 days.other then watching 2 movies back-to-back and playing bowling,we just finally got together and had a real family day.
then came back to singapore and trained for 2 days before balik kampong to visit grandparents and raya there too.mak lang and 'O che' was there with their family.kampong has really changed after 2 years.tak terurus langsung.i just found out that atuk ader banyak tanah besar!!anyways i heard dad said maybe next year he and all the other aunts and uncles plus cik sli going to have a project.insyaallah it'll happen.i really hope for the best.i miss kampong already...
it was fun while it lasted.just got back from rumah cik yah,cocok satay for tmr.leceh siot!!

today i did one step hurdles for training den head to the gym to do do weights.den went for lunch.ate alone.went back to school for work.didn't do much.played with ruby the cat.slacked.went to the hostel to check some stuff.slack some more.went back at 6pm.aunt came back from holiday.
thats about it today.
pretty much the same thing tomorrow.

ok so today after training we didnt go to the science centre cause everyone was tired including myself.in the end dengan muker tembok aku ni,i invited us to noreen's house!hahah yeap so she called her mum and we were all welcomed.plus lunch was included too!hehe.oh noreen had this really fat cat called 'thinky' and he was like going around smelling people's hands.hahah super cute and scary at the same time.anyway we stayed there till about 630pm.

well guess this is all the break i can get.back to training and work tomorrow!

Hi! i learned a new word while at work today.it's called 'zoink' and i was their(work ppl) example.
ok i don't really know what's its definition but i think it roughly means 'tired until you cannot think properly.' yup,thats wad i was since last night.lucky there were Dipna, Pooja, Pobvan and Lindy(supervisor) to save the day.everyone went home except for dearest Lindy who's still in the office sorting out cards and keys for those irritating soccer coaches.yeah yeah i know it's her job but she wasn't even suppose to come down to work today! okok enough of work.tomorrow i'm gonna have a day off and there's team outing,to the Science Centre yay! hahah finally....
ok i think im falling sick already.
anyways the SEA Games people are leaving to Korat this Tuesday.

got home a while ago.went to catch the bee movie with gaysya in the evening.it was cool in the beginning but totally bullshit through the end.den we took a bus to jalan kayu and had nasi pattaya and egg prata.had a little chemistry lesson with our drinks too :) it was the most syok moment then cos i was super hungry! plus everything was paid for by her.kehkeh thanks my friend.after that we went to teban and prayed at hasanah mosque before heading off to pasir ris.oh yes,saw my primary school classmate,vivien in the train but didnt say anything to her la.hahah maklum lah tengah malam gini takot mater kelabu asap pulak.so instead of saying hi,i just stared at her through the window reflection.hahah i think she got freaked out cause by the time we reached pasir ris she chiong to the other door which was far from mine.kk i now that was freaky but it was fun :P

okay let me tell you wad were some of the things i did last week besides training.firstly,i went to kyser's cafe with my friend after Friday prayers.spent 3 hours there playing Jengga which i sadly lost on both games.then played this dice game which was pure luck and guess wad?i lost again!wahaha it's ok,mesti mengalah, right my friend? =D anyways played this other 2 games which wasnt that fun.then we went to this mosque that was seriously out of place (but convinent) after tha took bus to orchard road and bump into kak nura in the middle of a road and introduced her to my friend.yeah which made the turning car mad and he horned at us.asshole! (i meant us not the driver) lepas tu kiter jalan sampai dhoby ghout mrt went to TEBAN but not jurong.oh btw that place is infested with lizards and roaches.eeeek!took pictures at the reservoir but we were too damn dark for the camera to record.yes even with the falsh on! so we went bawah blok and played bunge api.ajak nasrul skali.yeap so my friend temankan sampai busstop yang org tak pernah bayar bill pasal takder lampu.den took train back to pasir ris.i was already so tired by that time so slept the whole journey.hoped i didnt snore 8-|

on sunday i went fishing with yusof,alfred and shameer.pagi2 lagi dah bangun terus pergi mancing pat satu tempat ni ah.air surot giler ah sampai line asyik tersangkut pat celah2 batu.frust giler sey!anyways alfred tyco giler tangkap ikan lohan on his second cast.den shameer tangkap ikan gelamer.lepas tu dier perasan ader ikan todak (swordfish) and tried giler peh lamer tok tangkap.macam2 umpan dah pakai ikan tu buat tak tau jer..we gave up so kiter tompang motor mamat 2 tu gi rumah yusof.lepak situ jap pas tu continue gi tempat lain..aper punye naseb situ pun air surot.at last kiter give up lagi and went home..

hari ni sepatut nye gi escape theme park tapi tutop..pikir2 nye pikir nak buat ape in the end diorg(trg grp) serbu my place..diorg main monopoly while i watched seniman bujang lapok.hahah maseh evergreen lagi la citer tu.ok so kejap lagi nak kluar lagi..exam lagi 2 hari babe!bola pat kocek aku ni dah kecot giler(!!!)

i've been feeling kindda shitty this few days already.bleh, its disgusting. its like having some random mood swings here and there. i dunnoe,maybe i need some time to get myself together again =/
its times like this when i start to think of Him and thats really bad.when times of need we search for Him.i mean thats fine,cause thats wad we're told to do. no one else can help u but Allah.but the sad part is when we put Him aside after accomplishing our needs.

last night was a BLAST..seriously.
i stayed over at yusof's place and we decided to play bunger api (fire sparklers)
yes yes were too old for this kindda shit.but hey,wad do u think 2,bored 17/18 year old guys with too much time will do?hold those sparklers and run around like crazy ppl?
yeap.we made those sparklers go bye bye =D ok enough say.heres wad our last and most successful Tomahawk looked like.

anyways weve come up with more ideas to improvise on the current model.actually yusof was the one la,i just second those ideas.heheh ok were going to my place soon and project Tomahawk V2 will be executed in 22:00hrs.watch out ISS!

cycled to sembawang today to survey on racers.yeap.im planning on getting after certain incidents which shall be told another time(insyaallah).the minimun price is at 1.5k wow where the hell am i suppose to get that kindda money?btw ive eyed this racer at 888.it costs 650 only but some parts need to be modified.

yesterday was the ideal day out to the beach-bright weather,windy day and 2 girlfriends by your side ;)

went to gombak today to watch the singapore open.

good news:

• yusof did a 100m pb - 10.85s for heats and finals!


• amanda chu broke the women's 100m national record - 12.24s!


• hakeem did a 110m hurdles pb - 14.77s!
  

bad news:

• both relay teams didnt qualify for finals


• sham nye hamstring problem


• hakeem did a 14.77s!! (thats 0.01s off national record!!)

damn shit.school starts in 2 days time.pfft!

Had my NAH mid-year exam yesterday.hope i can pass,after all the hardwork..i better pass.

this whole week of holiday better not be wasted from NFS Underground.i've got datelines to meet and i haven't started on one YET! well guess tonight's gonna be a long night again..it's alright.i'm getting used to this routine already =))

well i've got Friday to look forward to.

i realised i havent blogged about thailand sports school games yet.
here goes:

• 4x100m 41.89s (1st) - yusof, kang, cheng and me
• 400m hurdles 56.23s (1st)
• 110m hurdles 14.76s (1st)

yeah all were pbs and guess wad? the 4x100m team was in the Today's newspaper!cool huh!
bad news is that i still havent reach this year's goal of 55.55s for 400m hurdles yet and the season's over for me. guess i'll just have to wait till next year..

Mondays' Nutrition mid-year exam which adds up 50% to the final marks.so..why not just go for it right? hope all my hard work will not go down the drain. i've got 1 more day left to revise so all the best for me!

And final exam will start 2 days after Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

Playing the guitar is harder than i thought it would be.well i tried learning it last year but failed terribly,so i thought after having some background in guitar i'd do better.well guess wad?i did!(?) hahah i'm not too sure..wad i'm sure is whining won't help,so yeap let this fingers do the talking and those 'battle scars' not be of waste.

And so final exam will be on 22nd January.

actually desmond and i was just filling in to make 3 competitors.hakeem was suppose to do pb but dunnoe wad telah terhappen he didnt do too well.

so anws they did goood, 40.8s(?) but not enough to qualify for SEA games though.
looks like yusof might have a high chance of going for the SEA games.good for u man!

yusof,me,bee,ama and griselda(?dunnoe spelling sorry :P?) had dinner at canadian pizza(how coincidental!!)omg we had lots of fun! yusof crapped like crazy and we all were laughing our asses off except for ama, who was in her own world with her hp..yup so made our way home at 20:30 took 168 with bee and dropped at ikea.she continued here journey..so yup today was goooooood!

today was great! went vivo with Sya and watched Alone.the tickets were selling out fast,if im not wrong we got the last 6 seats =P obviously the center first collumn.lucky the show only lasted for about 90mins.kalau tidak tengkuk confirm stiff like that time when me,yusof and stefan watched X-Men3. anyways we spent 2hours walking around and round and round vivo.and the sec2 soccer guys were there too (plus sonia and syazwan)heheh yeap anws the movie wasnt that good..actually the movie review was true.it says "what i liked most about the movie: the introduction scene" "what i hate most about the movie: everything after that"

so after the movie kiter duduk somewhere very nice and try to ease the nausea i was having from the pop corn. =P kemudian kiter angkat kaki and carik the bus stop which was nearer than we thought. blablabla i took train back to pasir ris and bought bubbletea and hot dog bun. oh and in the bus i sat beside this guy..*&^$ sengajer dier gantung tangan dier pat railing.kalau ketiak bau wangi takper jugak! ki*&^ bau badan dier menusuk dikalbu ku! naseb baik maseh ader selera nak makan hot dog! sontoloyo!

oh hari macam ader banyak citer hantu plak.tadi tgk citer hantu, den sampai rumah ader citer the ring, then hbo ader citer hantu lain pulak..so memandangkan yang semangat aku ni tak kuat dan aku tengah tinggal rumah sorang-sorang...hehehe kirem salam jer lah pat citer-citer antu ni.

you know, i've been thinking. what if i did become a sports doctor in the future (insya allah)? and what if i did break Singapore's 400m hurdles national record (insya allah)? and what if i was to have the loviest wife anyone could ever have (insya allah) and wad if i were to become successful in the future (insya allah)? wouldn't it be unfair?

i mean the saying goes, "you can't have everything in the world" and God is Most Fair. you can't have all the good things in life right? there will surely be something that is imperfect. for example, one of the political leaders of S'pore is filthy rich.but has a son who is retarded! and one 'religious' leader is successful, but has a daughter who doesn't abide by her religion and creates havoc to herself. na'uzubillah

And i've been thinking..what if i really were to be successful in the future. what will my 'sacrifice' be?? will my imperfections be reflected in my children?or my childrens' children?wallahu 'alam..
only God knows best.

i finally got to the national library to borrow 'The Kite Runner' . i've finish reading 8 chapters already and i must say its extremely addictive! Thanks to my dear friend, NurSyafiqah, i have started picking up an interest in reading.

i've begin to enjoy the sinetron Hikmah. its very rare that i actually get hooked to this kind of shows cause most of the sinetrons only make my heart burn and make my heart burn more. However Hikmah is different. It actually slips in some morals and teachings in them. Well most of the morals are with respect to Islamic teachings but non-Muslims can still watch it too. I mean they can still pick up the moral values from the show. Hikmah, like any other sinetrons do make the heart go 'ARRGGHH!!!' when the 'baddies' managed to achieve their evil plot. And as the title of the show stats, Hikmah (which means lessons from the troubles you faced), the baddies ended up loosing in the end. Ibarat 'sepandai-pandai tupai melompat, akhirnya jatuh ke tanah jua'.

wow i can really crap alot with just the word Hikmah!

PS: Hikmah have brilliant characters who can really play their roles well! plus there are a lot of comical scenes which makes viewers wanna see more! =D

Family Day!!

today was way way way better than yesterday.went out jalan2 with family the whole day!yeap.this is one of the rare occasions where i actually go out with family.anws..first stop was at little india where we had our early lunch.abah,ibu and i had briyani dam (ayam,daging,fish) and adik had bee hoon goreng?!hahah!yeap.had tea tarik with it too even though i noe drinking tea will stop iron absorbtion to the body.its for a treat la k.then we took mrt to orchard and had dzohor prayer at al-falah mosque.lepas tu continue jalan2 at town..its amazing wad u can see wen jalan2 with ur family and jalan2 with ur frens.somehow u notice more with ur family (?)
so we walk walk walk until we reach plaza sing.they had this clearance sale or wad but we didnt really bother la.so tanpa membuang masa kiter pon chao dari situ..naik mrt lagi...skarang ter-landed at Bugis!!hahah so adik wanted to buy her skul/madrasah/go-out bag? cari punye cari at last jumper at bugis street =)) quality nya tinggi.harga berpatutan.jadi ringan2 kan lah saku dan wallet anda untuk membeli-belah di bugis street ;) ohh den almost at the end of our outing we stop by a fruit stall and ate 4 boxes of durians! waduh...sungguh enak dong!! lazat! lemak berkrim,disukai ramai! ish sampai skarang jari maseh bau durian.yeap anws after that we decided to go home cos it was already 5pm.sampai rumah kol 540pm or so.just finish watching soccer, iraq vs saudi arabia with family.iraq won 1-0 =))) they so so so deserve it la.and hu who have known watching a soccer match with family could end off the day with a huge smile..=D

well here are the significant things which happened to me this month.

15 July 2007 :

Had kenduri at my house where all 8 of my aunts(plus their family) including my mum were here! so u can just imagine how havoc it was,but hey!thats wad made it fun and important =))
anws the doa selamat started after dzohor and everything else ended before 11pm. oh yeah btw we had this kenduri to celebrate my parents anniversary and also those who were born on the month of July.i wonder if i got the pictures =/

21 July 2007 :

Bee and Syafiq senior organised their birthday party at Bee's house. before we reach bee's place dah buat 'kecoh'.ama told bee that she cudnt come cos got something on,maybe she come late just to give bee her bdae present!and she told bee that yusof cudnt come too cos he wanted to go FISHING! hahah! bee..bee..kesian dier..takper lah,bohong sunat ;)
ama,dipna,yusof and me waited for izwan to fetch us at TM.waited for half and hour den he reach.sheesh.anws the party started at ard 8?yeah they had this 4kg ice cream which ama claimed she choose the flavour.it was nice though =)) 2 layers of ice cream plus 2 layers of cake? i dunnoe.well me yusof and izwan stayed up till 130am talking + sleeping. yeap so izwan drove us home and that was that.=D

25 July 2007 :

I just found out after consultation with Nance that I CAN BE A DOCTOR!!!
actually a sports doctor to be precise.but the steps there wont be easy...A+ for anything thats Bio? and B+ avg to get scholarship to Loughborough University in UK(?)

yeh..good things come for those who wait...and work hard for it...and tawakkal =)))

I'm such a loser.this morning i was saved from my own nightmare and just now i was about to read my old posts but guess wad?i got no archive!now im upset plus bored. =((
now i feel so alone.

The look of disbelief on your face,

Overslept today. Lucky made it in time for my re-sit exam.
My heart was already pumping hard while waiting to be called.
The feeling was exactly like competition, but this time it was either
DO or Die!
Hopefully i pass this re-sit, or some mofo will kill me.
Sigh..this feeling right now Disgust me. =(

My life right now is booooring.
No life..
But this is the choice that i have made.
Sacrifice my 'should be FUN childhood' for a better future.
Lets pray that this sacrifice will not be in vain..

Lights-Out!

went natioanl stadium for the 'last time'...again, to watch the 'last' match...again.
singapore did well to hold the scoreline at a draw before half-time.
after that it was another different story especially when the aussies brought in their £80,000/week player, harry kewell. i think he assisted 2 goals for viduka and he missed a one-on-one with lionel lewis. anyways the match ended with a score of 3-0 to australia. oh btw player no.2, muhammad ridhuan had his hair dyed gold.its so weird but hey he's still good on the field.

now the party started after the boring closing ceremony where we got free tickets to go for the lights-out party on the field. macam2 manusia ader pat situ..got some who wanna taste the last moments on the track,some carrying babies still dancing,some drunkerds and some who just wanna fuck around.ouh and theres this particular malay muslim couple(i noe cos the women was wearing tudung) was danced the same moves hours and they didnt move from the sopt for hours! if u ever watched the movie hitch, where will smith teaches the guy how to dance,thats exactly how they were dancing.heheh i didnt dance la cos its so weird!everywhere i turn surely got someone i noe.so in the end just walk2 on the field and talk cock.we chao from the stadium at 130am and went jalan kayu for supper.took cab home and reach back at 330am.chat with bee for awhile den watch tv and finally sui jiao at 5am.

so today woke up late and i have no idea wad to do.

Fishing Frenzy

its been quite awhile since i last blogged..all thanks to reopening of school aka end of holidays =((
anws updates!

started a new hobby!
fishing!! hahah the last week of holidays were spent with yusof. he stayed my place for 2 days doing practically nth.den the following 3 days we decided to spend our 'quality' time doing nothing by fishing!! went down to changi village to get the rod and reel and accessories. went to sungai api api to fish but didnt noe hot to operate the reel -__-" the guy la! didnt teach us how to! yusof caught a fish..well not exactly a fish la. its a mudskipper!! i swear to you its the sickest thing u will ever see in ur entire life! the eyes were like frog and the tail like fish but it walk on fins and it was hanging by the hook of the fishing rod!! wtf??? anyways for fers timers it was ok wad?hehe struggled and perspired to keep it in a box which i had to carry in my bag till we reach his place. but before that we went up to the bridge la den so suey must bump into mariam. so embarassing..nvm her mum gave us keropok lekor! thank you so much.macam tau jer org tgh lapar kehkehkeh =P

we took bus to woodlands and along the way i kept feeling some vibrations in my bag but yusof keep telling me "no lar...nothing one" i was damn sure its the fish! but we thought it was dead.until we reach home yusof mum took the 'fish' out and it jumped out, running happily aroung the kitchen area with the hook still hooked to its lips!lucky one of the neighbour is a zookeeper.he tolong us unhooked at the same time took pictures =P den lepaskan ikan tu pat one sungai.kakak yusof drive..wah i tell u its a hel of an experience man fishing.

anws the next day jer pagi2 buta lepas subuh chao pegi satu jetty pat sembawang park.bawak tent lagi!! at that time we saw someone..of all person her! hehe lepas tak berhasil untuk cast fishing rod tu btol2 kiter pon chao back and went friday prayer..after asar we went to fish again at another place.by that time yusof figured out how to cast btol2.and he caught a catfish! but before that one pakcik so kind give us his ketam.ha berbuih mulut dier pat dalam bakul.family sebelah kiter tertangkap burung.the bird trying to eat the prawn(bait) den ter-entangled with the tali..the family tolong lepaskan while kiter tolong tengok.hehehe..

weekend yusof ikut pegi picnic at pasir ris den we fish again.tak dapat aper2 hasil pon pasal my pakcik(pro fisher) kater our jerat too small and weak and the tali too thin and our bait not ideal etc..hahah so depressing..dah tak dapat hasil pas tu kener critic.syok babe! =P

yesterday was the second day of lesson. intro all bla bla bla.now i got lessons everynight!so ma fan and tiring.kena silent treatment by coach but it made me train better somehow.anws it all ended yesterday but im still daoing him just to see how things goes. tapi pagi bagun nak gi training but no one was down..so until now i still dunnoe if there was morning training. so went cycling around woodlands.

ok im so not in the mood to blog rite now buuuutttt....thanks to someone im actually moving my eight fingers and two thumbs on the keyboard. so dead tired from todays activities.

first had training in the morning and was already letih from the previous day. did 2 times 300 hurdles, fast. then went laser quest but there was some idiotic kid who had to spend his birthday playing laser quest..for 2 freaking hours!!
so we called fudin since he stayed the nearest and went his place and played street soccer to pass the time. then we took cab at 4 back to safra gombak and played laser quest for half an hour. ok its pathetic but i had fun! btw taufik batisah was there too! he was kong man and hes going to do gym to make himself more kong!! hahaha anw so yusof followed me back home and we played badminton with some indian strangers. it was so suey cos we had to share the court since there were 3 groups wamting to play at the same time! so cun la!!

anw we got too tired after playing just 2 games and went back. so here i am trying to blog abt nothing of the above but it somehow came out. i dont even noe wth im toking abt.

soooo....he goes. saturday had a great time with my dear friend which i didnt even noe how to properly spell her name. =P we were suppose to go cycling la but the weather kelakar seram. want to rain but didnt rain. so we decided to walk2 instead..to whereever our feets landed.
finally did our handshake and it was simple but unique in a way. ok it was all friend's idea. we saw so many people. weird ones too. there was this guy who was out of his mind to where all yellow!! and walking ard like nobody's business. ok i wont wear yellow shirt even if it was a dare la! ;) wad more a whole attire! heheh it was getting dark and we were at jurong interchange where there was this key maker nyonya who sold smiley keys. ok so we just had to buy them.and we did! ill post some pictures ones i get this brain moving =D we took it as a keychain rather then making it into a proper functional key. hehhe

si liao. thats the best word to describe me right now. not really dead dea but im freaking exhausted! from training and also from laser quest.
training wasnt that bad la..it was actually the sun that drained my energy.
went to gombak for laser quest with the jumper guys.
had a great time there but my scores wasnt good.
i got 6 out of 8 people.

What A Wonderful Day!

wad a way to start ur day by waking up late for training and missing the bus right in front of yours eyes! then find out that you have to retake the whole module of proffessional studies and having crazy training! well thats wad happened to me today. luckily i have people around me who cares and actually made my day like my training group, fathul, valerie, kyser, alicia, dipna, ama, coach slava and ex-coach miss chan! thanks guys =)) i really appreciate the help =))

anyways after training me, giggs, val, alicia, dipna, kyser and ama went to have lunch at horizon. then us, except ama went to east coast park for cycling! we've(including ama) planned for this since last week and we had loads of fun! kyser and i took the double sitted bike and in the end he had to sacrifice his place for the girls cos they never sat on the double bike before.haha so gentleman ah kyser! ;) we rode and took pictures and rode summore till we reach the other side of east coast and ate satay and drank coconuts and sugar cane with lemon! hahah dipna poor thing ah. she got the young coconut which was tasteless and with no filling plus no ice! our dear fathullah bought it from the aunty shop and his was WAAAAAY better den dipna's =D hahah so wad was the moral of the story dipna? follow fathul if ur ever gonna plan on buying coconuts again! heheh!

1. He shall do a pb for his 400m hurdles at the Thai Sports School Games and prove (to himself and some other ppl) that he is not burnt out!


2. He shall pass all his upcoming exams with distinctions...including those which he failed on the first exam.


3. He shall start saving!
   

Alright so that was that. I have been staring into empty space while on car/bus rides this few days. Thinking about my future plans in life. reflecting on wad i have done right and wrong and planning on doing something about it. For instance i have come to a conclusion that i shall be a sports doctor in the future! well i noe that i failed anatomy for the first exam but hey! you have to know wad failure feels like before u can know how success fells rite? wad im trying to say is that this failure is not the end to my way to becoming a doctor one day. in fact it shall be my motivation! yeap.

I've been thinking about my career as an athlete as well. Its really really really demoralizing to know that ur not improving in ur sport. i had come to a conclusion once again that i have no intension in continuing sports after uni and i have lost the drive to do 400m hurdles anymore. However while in 'deep thoughts' i was 'enlightened' and found the inspiration to do a personal best of 55.55s this year. at least. this had been my aim in the year start. i cant just stop half way and give up. its just not me!! so with enthu training mindset and putting trust in my coach's training programme, i shall do my best to achieve 55.55s my Thai Sports School Games.

I've been using a lot of shall in this post. i am willing to accept the fact some of the aims i have set might not be achievable. Islam have thought me,"kita hanya boleh merancang ALLAH yang menentukan segalanya" which means 'we can only plan, it is HE who allows it to come true." so by holding on to this philosophy, i shall once again use the word shall and do my best to reach this goals and be successful in life...Insya' allah.

Oh and u are missed

today was super duper slack day.didnt go training cos of some unforeseen event =P. msging friend pagi2 lagi and she said she had to go check for her foot. get well soon my friend! if not then ill be a podiatrist and treat u myself la k? =)) but you'll be okey! insya allah.
ate lunch with sister. hahah it was nice la eating together and crapping at the same time. had lots of fun somehow! shall do that more often.
then had to go for prayers. oh while i was just about to sit under the busstop this guy in sarban and jubah flagged a cab and invited me and this pak cik with his son to the mosque together! hahah rezeki jangan ditolak..berdosa tau! heheh *winks*
after prayer terserempak dengan a primary school friend nasharuddin. see i still remember his name eventhough were not in the same class. so hes doing mechanical engineering in SP. wish u all the best dude!
at home played dota till 5 where i got too tired and slept! hahah den woke up at 6 and watched one of my fav cartoon, The Simpsons! its the episode where Mr Burns built a casino in Springfield and Marge got hooked with it. it was an ok episode. but still funny though. oh and Bart built his own casino in his treehouse. thats soo coool!
well i've been trying to get the 3rd Naruto movie for so long and guess wad?? i just finished watching it awhile ago! its soooooo goooood!! better than the previous 2 movies where the storyline doesnt make sense. and it never fails to give me goosepimples everytime naruto turned crazy and switch on his kyuubi(nine-tails) powers to save a friend.
oh and rock lee was also there. he took out his heavy weights on his legs just so he could go super high speed and use the 'omote renge'! (some lotus technique i cant remember) amazing!

just checked my results and i didnt do too well although i passed all 4 subjects. got 2Bs and 2Ds. the bad news is that this is not the final score. we'll only get the final and moderated scores on 12 June. this is really really bad..well guess i just have to buck up! and study harder and smarter for the coming exams if i wanna score. this is just a step for me to be a sports doctor one fine day. insya allah i will reach that goal. anyway ms jenny just told me a good news. the association managed to 'up' the scholarship for my next year study expenses. syukur....=))

Swim Swim Swim!

this morning did 5 times 300m hurdles,slow. then after that went back woodland house and pack barang for swimming. met Giggs,Ama,Bal and Alicia at causeway and had lunch. Nazri came to the swimming complex straight cos he had lessons! took MRT to Chinese Garden and walked our way there.. the place was crowded la! well it was expected cos of the school holidays. the 3 girls rented floats and Giggs and i had the pleasure of 'tumpang senang' and help ourselves to their floats.heheh typical..;)

anyways whiles on the 'lazy river ride' there were crazy lots of guys from the boys home who came and disturbed us..well actually alicia only la. hahaha! it was scary la but also comical at the same time..they all had crazy big ang kongs on their body man..!!

hahah! wth?johnny??hahaha!! anyways after that we all got out of the lazy river and went to the wave pool. it was nice la the air pancut! like fire hose ah and it was super cold too. den after so long nazri came and we (me,giggs and alicia) spent another hour or so in the pool..ama and bal had to leave early. so we bathed and ate kfc. i had zinger, naz had the new miso chicken..bleh! it sucks to the core!! alicia and giggs had lasagne from pizza hut. well after that we took MRT back home..reach like around 8? yeap.

i just checked the email and EASC said we can only access our results online by tomorrow morning.argh! can they make it even more suspence?? sheesh!!

today is the first day of the school holidays and its coach slava's birthday!

had training at 9 in the morning.

did 20min jog and stretching.

after that waited for val to buy the birthday cake.

played dota with usop,kang and giggs while waiting.

so while playing val,ama and coach! keep calling us.

we just ignored them and cxarry on playing.

at ard 12pm someone came and banged on the door like loan shark!

hahah all of us were super shocked la!

den the person shouted "yushuf!yushuf!"

we off the volume and continued playing.=P

ok so we obviously knew it was coach but were too scared to open

until finally one of us was brave enough(its not me..=D) to open the door.

hahaha so we coach stood infront of the door.but he wasnt really mad la.he cant be!its his bdae!

desmond was there too.

so we followed him back to his mafia lair for the party!

everyone was there except noreen,piriyah and nazri.kyser and dipna came late.
hmm so we sang bdae song,ate cake,fruit(note the singular form),watch slide show pictures of coach and family.

den coach's wife suddenly went high!

she started dancing along with the crazy russian songs(which was nice btw),den she started picking people up to dance with her!

hahah everyone kena except yusof!

when she pulled me up i was with my phone taking video.hold my hands and instead of making me dance,she made me look like a puppet!hahaha!

ok so anyways after ard 1330hr we all went off and the four of us played 5 sets of badminton and then dota again till 1700++hr!

Back From DARWIN

just came from the Arafura games i Darwin this morning.
it was Quick! really quick man.like no feeling.
the place was boring,hot and theres no time to explore the place!
anyways my sister's digi cam spoil so didn't take any photos there =(

today was the second most scary day of my life!
on the way for evening training, it was raining and i was going down a steep slope.
i didnt manage to brake in time and skidded; somersaulted and landed in an awkward position.
somehow i ended up in one piece and in the ruku' position.hahah safuwan and madhu was just behind me and they saw everything.but did nothing to help? nvm la.
maybe this is not as bad as yusof's fall but i somewhat get the picture.
"getting into an accident wen riding a 2-wheeled vehicle is definitely inevitable."
this is my opinion and i proved myself right.

i had a very moodless day today.
got to know from ms jenny that i got 25% from saa.

things have been going smoothly this pass few weeks.classes and training macam biaser aje.wait i think i just got myself injured today after doing short hurdles.now gluteus medius buat hal sampai affecting the vastus lateralis head and illiotibial tract(IT band la tu..) wah so chim.hahah learnt tt in mr ghobi's class for exercise principals a month back. its a really cool class and i love the topic. "wen i grow up i wanna be a doctor.." lol i wish i could say tt but i think the path i taking now is way off of wad my interest is. oh well.u cant have everything u wish for rite? just gotta do my best now.

so i think i wanna go for a massage sometime this week.just loosen up the muscles.ouh btw tmr i got an interview with the saa ppl for my financial assistance.tanx to ms chan now ive been approached.alhamdullilah skarang kene doa tt i get the assistance.now must work even harder to prove tt i am worth smth.(note to self: qualify for the world youth by fers all comers meet. time to achieve:55.55s for 400m hurdles) insya'allah dengan usaha dan tawakal kepada allah.my goals will be achieved.amin.

ghost rider was great! i loved it and i think there might me a sequel.well this kindda show usually have a sequel one rite? plus the ending the usual mystery type.

wad i liked abt the movie is the special effects.

its super cool that johnny blaze(nicholas cage) could control his powers and how he so called upgrade his bike to make it look more sinister and fierce.

anyway wad i didnt like about the show is the ghost rider himself,johnny blaze,

wen he turned ghost rider mode,his body and head improportionate.

the badan besar but kepale kechik.

another one is the heroine,roxanne simpson's (eva mendes) outfit.macam sengajer pakai revealing outfits

to attract attention.org kater macam real la aku tak suke, but seriously la i feel so 'urgh'

every time she played her part.

however overall i loved the show.cant wait for the sequel if there will be any.haha

btw i forgot to mention.the anime naruto fillers are over and i already watched the new season, naruto shippuden.its super syok la! naruto came back to fire village after he went off for two years trg under jiraiya.now everyone is grown up,stronger,more mature(including naruto) and at least a chuunin.except naruto la.lol

anyways cant wait to see how this season go abt.

cny holiday was ok i presume.didnt do much though.yesterday had kenduri tahlil at cik mah's house.told mum to go with adik fers cos it was too early.played game for 3 whole hours and not even realising it! siap2 den left at 330 or so.at umah cik mah most of the pakciks not there except mamu,cik aziz and cik aakob.after tahlil blablabla abg wos followed us back home.we watched the incredibles and snacking at the same time.slept at 2 woke at12.standard ah.

hari ni masok balek dock.gonna watch the ghost rider tonite with kakaks.weve been planning to watch even before the release of the show =P

anyways time is passing too fast.holiday is gg to be over and projects to settle.

anyways today woke up at 1230. cun2 get to watch hum tum, a hindi movie at rtm2.

last week they showed mohabbatein.lol watched it 3 times ready and still not sian of it..yet.

anyways hum tum not bad la.some of the popular songs like main shayar tum nahin and hum tum.

i have no idea why hindi movies are getting into me. maybe cause it brings me away from reality for awhile? let fantasy take over for 3hrs. seriously, hindi shows are nonsense. totally unrealistic and cliche'. he love her, she loves him.they dun wanna say it den smth bad happens along the way,they sing songs and dance with ppl around them hu dun even know wth is gg on but they just dance.and they live happily ever after.ok not really like this but the idea is there la.lol.

heck i just love hindi movies ok! they get to travel ard the globe and their songs rocks!

talking abt movies,i have gotta catch one.ghost rider and just follow law baru kluar so probably get to watch them.

after trg shower everything den went causeway with usop and hakeem.
cycled there.
bought oreo coffee bubble tea.
its damn syok man!

bbl kejap before continueing our way.
tok2 at long john for 20min den went back to school for night class.

had coaching lessons.
we had to come up with our own trg plans for the primary school kids.
but have to try out on our own classmates fers.
