today trg was madness. warm only damn tiring. dunnoe why la but somehow trg with Slava super tiring even though i did the exercises before. plus this is his low intensity. hmm..no wonder those malaysian guys super fast. his low intensity is our normal trg! wth la..crazy rite?!hahah.anyways did 150m X 2 (test). then bunny hop 5 sets. one leg hopping 1 set plus 2 boundings. and thats it! BUT it was freaking tiring lar!! shucks man..can stress it enuff.hais..but lucky gym trg wont start till next year.
then went to pak usop house. lepak there awhile before we went to get my bike. after that went around woodlands just to season the bike, went back to his house before going back home.
watched one of my favourite shows, wildboyz! hahak this time they went to India! hahah crazy..they went to this temple where 'The Kamasutra' originated, taught and still does! hahah the whole temple was carefully carved with the different Kamasutra positions.hehheh the caretaker there told them that the architech who built the temple liked women with big boobs cos all the carved out women had BIG boobs! lol! then they met this guy who had his gift 'hidden'..literally. yes its his weenie, penis, d**k, c**k, magic stick etc.hehe. he could pull a car with 2 passengers inside over 30m or so.
