ok just a quicky.

yesterday went cycling with nazri.started at his house den went to bedok resevoir.tampines park,pasir ris park.by the time we reached pasir ris park it was 630.the scenery was awesome.it was so calm and the sky was so just beautiful.rest at the rocks and crapped for half an hour before moving on.wanted to cycle to changi village but his bike cannot take it.plus i practically destroyed his paddle(but i bought him a new pair rite away ok!) hehe budget ones ah.guess thats it for tmr?yeah.

today trg did hurdles while the sprinters did 150mX5.first time coach tegur me.hehe quite scary la the first few times but then i realised thats just the way the talks =/ anyways giggs will be staying over at my place for this week.its nice to have company in the house sometimes.got myself a hair cut today.dun really like it la but wad to do?just have to wait till it grows back...which will take ages for my case! plus today wanted to go out but in the end cancel.hais..
